Would love to see 100% Retina Display support

This is a really nifty little app. I use it mostly for tricky unit conversion ("cubic meters per second to gallons per day", that kind of thing) and its great at that. Would love to see more technical features (in particular, math functions - "integral wrt x of 3*x^2 from 1 to 5", and potentially subject-specific extensions - "reynolds number of water at 20 degrees flowing at 5 m/s in a 5mm pipe"… but that may be asking too much). More than anything, NEEDS FULL RETINA DISPLAY SUPPORT…some icons are jagged and pixelated. Overall, great app. Too good, in fact. Makes me wish for all these other features.
